Send us your parts
A bowl can't be quoted from a drawing. Mail us the part.
A drawing tells us the shape. It doesn't tell us how the part tumbles, whether it nests, or how it sits when it stops moving. So we test-feed real parts before we quote, and the rate we give you is one we've watched. This page is everything you need to put a box in the mail.
What to send
- A handful is enough. Twenty to fifty pieces for most parts. More if the part varies lot to lot, or if you need one bowl to run several variants: send each one, labelled.
- Production parts, not prototypes, if you have them. Surface finish and burrs change how a part feeds.
- The packing slip below, or a note with the same information. The rate, the lane count, and whether it's food or medical grade are what we need to quote.
- A drawing if you have one. Not required to start. Hold anything confidential until we've agreed how it's handled.
What not to send
- No live ammunition, primers, powder or loaded cases. For sorters and case feeders, ship empty, fired or deprimed brass only.
- No hazardous, pressurized, flammable or sharps material without calling first.
- Nothing you can't spare for a few weeks. Tell us if you need the parts back and we'll return them with the quote or with the machine.

We run your parts
In our shop, on a test bowl, to see how hard the orientation is and what rate is realistic.

You get a quote
Within 48 to 72 hours of your parts reaching the bench, usually sooner. Price, lead time, and what the machine will and won't do.

You approve, we build
Nothing is built until you approve the quote. If a bowl isn't the right tool for your part, we'll say that instead.

Your parts, on camera
Every bowl runs your parts at rate before it leaves. Ask and we'll send the video before we crate it.
Your parts and drawings
We don't publish photos or video of your parts, or your drawings, without your permission. Videos we post are of our own builds, with the customer's okay.
