We build vibratory sorters and feeders for brass cases, bullets and ammunition components: sorting mixed range brass by caliber, feeding cases mouth-up to a processing head, presenting projectiles to a press or a camera. Feeds bullets single-file, point-forward, to a camera station that checks each one and rejects what fails. The bowl, the track and the sensor logic built as one unit.

What we need from you
A sorter is tooled to the specific calibers and the mix you run. We test-feed your brass in our shop before we quote, so the rate we tell you is one we've seen.
Which calibers, in roughly what proportions, and whether it arrives clean or straight off the range floor. Wet-tumbled and dry brass feed differently.
Cases per minute you need, per caliber, and what the machine feeds into: a bin per caliber, a processing head, a conveyor.
A few hundred pieces of empty, deprimed or fired brass is plenty. Do not ship live ammunition, primers, powder or loaded cases. We return your brass with the machine or on request.
