These are builds the shop has done many times. Each one is still tooled to your exact part, but you're starting from a design we know works. Pick one, tell us your quantity and part details, and it goes to the shop as an order request. Sending it doesn't commit you: we confirm fit, price and lead time after we've seen your part. Anything not listed here goes through the custom feeder path.

Representative photo Feeders for small medical components: caps, tips, syringe parts and similar. 316 stainless, hand polished or electropolished, tooled to present the part in the orientation your assembly step needs.

Every proven build can be ordered with these options. Leave anything blank on the form and we'll recommend what works best for your part.
11 gauge 304 stainless is the standard. 316 stainless for corrosive or washdown environments, and for food, medical and pharmaceutical work.
Teflon to protect polished or glass parts from marring. Polyurethane to quiet heavy metal parts and protect fragile ones. Bare polished stainless when neither is needed.
Hand polished as standard. Electropolished for a chrome appearance and the easiest cleaning, common in pharma and food.
Electromagnetic or pneumatic drive unit, powder coated to match your facility, with a variable-amplitude control box.
