Feeder bowls
Vibratory feeder bowls
The bowl is where the work happens. Hand-tooled tracks sort and orient your part into a consistent, repeatable position on its way up and out. The quality of ours is second to none.
- Materials. Durable 11 gauge 304 or 316 stainless steel.
- Coatings. Teflon protects polished or glass parts from marring. Polyurethane quiets heavy metal parts and protects fragile ones.
- Finish. Hand polished as standard. Electropolished for a chrome appearance.
- Drives. Electromagnetic or pneumatic, powder coated to match your facility's color scheme.
- Configurations. Single track, multi-track, and adjustable bowls for feeding variations of a part.
Tracks
In-lines, gravity tracks, air veyors, merge and twist tracks
Once the bowl has oriented the part, the track carries it to your machine. We use electric vibration, pneumatic vibration, air jets or gravity, whichever suits the part and the distance.
- Sensors detect a full track and switch the bowl off automatically: no forceful jamming, less wear, and the bowl isn't running for nothing.
- Merge tracks insert spacers between parts, useful in grinding operations.
- Twist tracks turn the part over when the orientation your assembly needs isn't the one the bowl produces naturally.
Bulk supply
Hoppers, elevator hoppers, bulk storage and conveyors
A bowl only holds so much. Hoppers keep it fed so an operator isn't standing there with a scoop. Every one is built for your part size and how many parts it needs to hold.
- Vibratory hoppers sit on the same table as the bowl, with a loading height taller than the bowl. Used when loading height isn't an issue.
- Elevator hoppers sit on the floor for convenient loading and carry parts up and into the bowl.
- Conveyors run horizontally and move parts from one station to the next.
- Every hopper has a paddle switch or down sensor that senses the bowl running low and triggers a refill.
- Stainless steel or powder-coated metal.

Custom tables and frames
We build the table or frame your system sits on, sized and finished for your floor.
- Stainless steel, powder-coated mild steel, or extruded aluminum.
- Blanchard-ground steel tops or aluminum tops.
- Detailed frames for automation equipment.
- Adjustable steel feet, rubber feet, or castors.

Sound enclosures
Extruded aluminum enclosures keep a noisy unit quiet and keep dust and debris out of your feeding system.
- Designed for easy access to control panels and part-loading areas.
- Sized to the bowl, hopper and track as one unit.
Springs
Spring detanglers
Springs have a habit of winding themselves together. Our detanglers separate them from one another, and paired with a feeder bowl we deliver each spring in your preferred orientation at the exit.
