We hand-tool stainless vibratory feeder bowls that take a bin of mixed parts and deliver them to your machine one at a time, the right way up, at 80 to 100+ per minute. We also repair and re-tool bowls other shops built, and if you're in Southern California we'll come look at yours for free. Family-owned since 2002.

Send a sample
Mail us a handful of the part, or send a drawing and a photo. Tell us the orientation you need, the rate per minute, and where the part has to exit to meet your machine.

We test-feed it
We run the part in our shop to see how hard it is to orient, then send a quote. If a bowl is the wrong tool for the job, we say so.

We build and prove it
Hand-tooled to your criteria, then run and tested with your parts before it leaves. Ask and we'll send video of it feeding at rate.

We crate and ship
Palletized or crated so it arrives exactly as it left. Local jobs we deliver and set up ourselves.

We re-work and re-tool existing bowls, ours or anyone else's, to feed a completely different part or to fix the one that's giving you trouble. A broken spring, a coating, a full re-tool: we have worked on every brand of feeder on the market.

The shop
Fifty years of bowl building, one family.
Doug Wilcox walked into the wrong building with a job application in 1973, was asked whether he could build a thing he had never seen, and said of course he could. He was the lead builder at Jack's Vibratory Feeders for thirty years before opening West Coast in 2002. His son Sean has been building alongside him since the 1990s and has run the shop since 2013.
