Repair & rework
Any brand. Any age. Bring it in.
Not sure what you need to make the job work? Let's put our heads together. As bowl builders we come up with out-of-the-box ideas to get your part feeding, and often the cheapest one is fixing what you already own.
Rework
Turn this into that.
We save customers real money by re-tooling or re-working an existing bowl to feed a completely different part, or by modifying it to improve performance on the part it feeds now. Whether it's a broken spring or a full re-work, we have you covered, and we have worked on every brand of feeder on the market.
- Re-tool for a new part instead of buying a new bowl.
- Replace springs, drives and controls. Re-coat worn tracks.
- Fix a bowl that feeds, but not well enough: rate, orientation, jamming.
- Add a track, a hopper, a sensor, or a sound enclosure to a bowl you already have.
Not every bowl is worth saving. If the drive is obsolete, the controls are gone, or the bowl is too far gone to hold tooling, we'll say so and quote a replacement instead of billing hours on a lost cause.

Local service
Free consultation, from the builder.
We send out an experienced, friendly technician to each client to make sure we understand your needs. No pressuring salesmen. And no waiting days or weeks for an appointment from the other guy: your time is valuable, and we make you our priority.
New jobs
We look at the part, the line and the machine it has to feed, and tell you what we'd build and roughly what it costs before anything is committed.
Existing jobs
A bowl that used to feed fine and doesn't anymore usually has a simple cause. We find it on site when we can.

- 1
You send a sample
A small sample of your parts, plus the orientation you want, the rate per minute, and where the part needs to exit to meet your machine.
- 2
We test and quote
We feed your parts at our facility to determine the degree of difficulty in reaching your orientation, and get straight back to you with a quote.
- 3
We build to your criteria
Then we thoroughly test each machine with your parts before shipping, so it functions without error at your facility. Ask and we'll send video of it running.

We palletize or crate it
Every job is packed with attention to security so it arrives just as it was sent.
