  Used to feed and orient parts.

• Linear Tracks
  Used to move parts horizontally over a predetermined distance, with vibration as the driving force
  
• Gravity Tracks
  Used to move parts over a predetermined distance, with gravity as the driving force
  
• Hoppers
  Store a predetermined quantity ofparts in a hopper, as your feeder bowl runs low on parts, we can automatically replenish the part level in the vibratory feeder bowl
  
• Sound Enclosures
  When feeder equipment produce higher noise levels than your particular environment will allow.
  
• Heavy Duty Steel Tables
  Specially designed tables to provide a safe work environment. Vibratory feeders need a heavy table to prevent the vibration from transferring to the floor, or surrounding equipment. This application is feeder specific. Feeders, Hoppers, Enclosures, and Controls can all be mounted to provide a stand alone unit, or tables can be large enough to support all of your equipment.

  Soft start, to ramp up power when feeder is turned on. To prevent parts from jumping off track, or mis-orienting with initial power surge. This also lets you adjust coils closer together for maximum performance, while preventing coil banging
  
  Photo-optic sensor on off control, used in conjunction with vibratory feeder bowl and a feed track. When the part level in the track is full, the sensor tells the bowl to stop running, as the part level in the track depletes, the sensor will turn the bowl on replenishing the part level in the track. This prevents the bowl from running continuously, it only runs as the parts are used, and prevents excess ware on your parts.
